Pricing
Annual subscriptions save 10% and include 1 major Twin reconfiguration per year (worth £1,500 ex VAT).
Costs are based on the size of your gym and the number of cameras needed to provide coverage. We run a simple t-shirt sizing model.
Small: smaller sites with up to 10 cameras
Medium: average sites with up to 20 cameras. Most gyms are this size.
Large: large sites with up to 30 cameras.
For sites larger than this - X-Large - pricing is on request
Regardless of size, we run volume discounts for multi-site operators and annual commitments.
1-5 sites: standard pricing
6-20 sites: 5% volume discount
21-50 sites: 10% volume discount
50+ sites: give us a call
There is a 10% discount for purchasing annually rather than monthly.
If this all seems a bit complicated... most gyms are "mediums" (10-20 cameras), most operators prefer annual contracts, so the pricing for most gym operators is:

Setup & Onboarding
Small gyms: £3,450 per site. Includes up to 10 cameras.
Medium gyms: £3,950 per site. Includes up to 20 cameras.
Large gyms: £4,450 per site. Includes up to 30 cameras.

Additional Services
Major Twin Reconfiguration — £1,500
For changes affecting more than 5% of equipment and areas in a quarter, or adding one or more new cameras.
One reconfiguration per year is included with Annual subscriptions.
Access Control Integration — £50 per Twin per month
Integrating your access control system with Gym Twin unlocks additional demographic insights into area and asset utilisation.
CCTV Expansion Advisory
If you're looking to upgrade or expand your CCTV system, TwinLabs has a shortlist of recommended suppliers and can advise on camera number and placement to maximise data capture.
